BSP Mini-Moto Grand Prix's
Held at the Kirkcaldy indoor karting track our Mini Moto Grand Prix's are becoming a regular slot in the industry calendar... Around 25 budding racers are invited from various Consultants and Contractors to take part in a full morning race session with BSP Sales. Whilst everyone gets stuck into the bacon rolls and coffee, a race briefing from Alan McIntosh of McIntosh Mini Bikes starts proceedings to explain the basics (which includes a full safety briefing!). Most people can't believe the size of the mini-motos but after a few practice laps most people have the hang of it...and hanging on is what it is all about ! The bikes are capable of 30 - 40mph on the straight - doesn't sound much but when you are 4inches from the floor you know you are going fast! After 5 races and a final, the winners take to the podium to bring the event to a close. We have had two events which have proved hugely popular with all in attendance.
